Gratitude Pictures

Before Thanksgiving break, all grade levels created gratitude pictures. Students chose a square or circle shape to trace, then created a decorative frame around both, and drew a picture inside of something they were grateful to have in their life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Holiday Card Designs

4th and 5th grade students designed winter themed card covers as part of our school districts annual holiday card design contest.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Veterans Day ART

To help celebrate with our schools Veterans Day assembly, Pre-K students assembled popsicle stick flags, KG and 1st graders used crayon texture rub to create stripes and painted dots for stars to make American Flags, and 2nd and 3rd grade students used patriotic symbols to design appreciation signs for our veteran quest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paper Face Creature

5th grade used different types of paper (paint swatches, construction paper, index cards) to cut out and assemble a creature’s face onto a black background.
