4th graders created a Multiplication House by first designing the environment surrounding their building. Then students chose a number theme for their house, added it to their door, and then wrote multiplication problems using that number to design their windows, revealing the answers inside.

Symmetry Skates
3rd graders reviewed the definition of symmetry, identified symmetrical objects, and then designed and colored a pair of symmetrical legs and roller skates.

Robots
2nd graders used different types of lines and shapes to design a robot. They added details to show their robots’ functions such as homework or clean up buttons. Then students used color to identify and create a background.

Pattern Fish
1st graders used the side of a white crayon to rub a texture to create a water like background. Then added sand and plant life to the bottom. Afterwards students used colored pencils to color and design six fish. They then cut and glued their fish onto the background papers to complete their fish project.

Kindergarten used the side of their crayon to rub a texture print for their monster. They then cut out a shape, glued on facial features, and drew additional details to complete their artwork.

3rd grade viewed artwork from Africa and then discussed how:
- Most objects are meant to be used.
- African art often describes someone from the spirit world.
- African art is important to the community.
- Mask usually appear with dance, music, and song.
